Espinoza Mexican Restaurant in Bellingham

Filed under: Bellingham Restaurants — Tags: , — Bellingham Diner @ 6:00 pm

Considering Espinoza Mexican, down in Sehome Village near the Bellingham REI store. Never been there, but the Bellingam/Whatcom County Health department issued some stars about how clean various restaurants are, and my recollection is this was one of the clean ones. Best I could find on the web is a menu.

So it’s off to Espinoza Mexican tonight!

  1. After an overly satisfying meal, a looong walk was in order, but impossible to find in Sehome Village at 8:30pm. Next time I’ll save my Mexican experience for lunch so I can digest before Bellingham closes.

Will definitely go back and take more friends.

  2. Very satisfying typical nortenos/american mexican food with one twist, they actually serve wonderfully tender fall apart lamb shanks. Borrego is the Spanish term for lamb and theirs is quite good.
